Japanese publication Famitsu released a new report and a brand new scan this week on Bravely Second, revealing that Edea will be one of the main characters of the game:

While Edea will be a protagonist, it is unclear whether she will be playable. We know, however, that she is the leader of the Imperial Guard Knights and that she now sports a blue ribbon.

Edea will be able to "judge" the Asterisk bearers of the previous game and a new feature called the "Barter Sub-Scenario System." More information on the Pâtissier class will be revealed this week as well.
