Powerchord Studio and Brownies announced that their mobile RPG Egglia: Legend of the Redcap will launch for iOS and Android on August 3 for $9.99 USD, €10.99 EUR, £9.99 GDP.

Egglia: Legend of the Redcap also received a new trailer showing English gameplay. During the game's story, players will explore the land of Egglia as a elf named Chabo. The systems in the game feature turn-based mechanics, with item management.

Players will travel along a hexagonal grid in order to hunt monsters and gather resources used to create special items. Throughout the game, Chabo will encounter new companions who will ask him to build their homes and upgrade their village for them. These homes can each be upgraded and furnished with numerous decorations allowing players to customize and decorate as desired.

Furthermore, players will collect a variety of eggs which are used to unlock new lands, reminiscent of systems found in Legend of Mana. After exploring these new areas, players will meet spirit companions who will join them on their journey.

With the western release window announced earlier this month and originally released in Japan on April 13 of this year, Egglia: Legend of the Redcap received largely positive reviews from players. The development team at Brownie Inc. is made up of some of the most highly respectable minds in the JRPG community. Including creator and art director Shinichi Kameoka, who has previously worked on the Mana series, Saga Frontier, and Mother 3.
