Learn to Make a Crochet Version of Ellie from The Last of Us: Part II, Thanks to Naughty Dog

As one of the surprise announcements to come from Sony’s PlayStation Experience event earlier this month, Naughty Dog’s next project The Last of Us: Part II is sure to be another heartbreaking and intense adventure, but made all the cuter with a miniature crochet version of the game’s heroine, Ellie.

In a blog post from Naughty Dog, The Last of Us: Part II lead game designer Emilia Schatz offered a look (and detailed instructions) for fans of The Last of Us to create their own miniaturized version of Ellie in crochet form, with a particularly iconic scene from the game’s recent reveal trailer being recreated in plush form.

Done in the style of amigurumi crochet, the blog post from Schatz offers full instructions in how to create the crochet Ellie doll (mini guitar included) in the lead-up to the upcoming sequel, and as a nice project for those looking to get creative this holiday season.
