Amplitude Studios and Iceberg Interactive are now bringing new content to their 4X turn-based space strategy game, Endless Space, in the form of a new expansion pack named Disharmony.

In addition to Endless Space‘s “infinite galaxies” to explore, civilization building, diplomancy, resource management, and up to eight player online multiplayer, Disharmony adds a new faction called “The Harmory,” new fighters, bombers, and battle formations, a new targeting system, a redesigned weapon system, and enhanced invasion mechanics. Disharmony also adds more unpredictability to AI opponents via their new “adaptive multi-agent artificial intelligence system.”

Endless Space has been designed and supported by the GAMES2GETHER community, with Amplitude’s CEO Mathieu Girard having this to say:

We’re lucky to have a motivated team and even luckier to have such an incredible community. Our expansion pack has been designed based on player requests and community G2G votes, and we hope that it fulfills – or surpasses – their expectations.”
