Enjoy A History Lesson With First Worms Revolution Dev Diary

on July 1, 2012 4:35 PM

The first Worms game was released in 1995, almost over 15 years ago and yet those squishy drown-able warmongers still squirm through our hearts today, and are getting ready for their next big release, Worms Revolution. In this first Dev Diary, Lead Designer Kevin Carthew takes a look back at how Worms got started and how far it’s come over the years. It’s just a shame he never mentions that the concrete donkey was originally a statue in one of their back yards.

It’s a charming and informative look back on one of video gaming’s longest lived series and well worth a few minutes of your time. Take a look and be sure to keep an eye out for future Dev Diaries as we await word on when Worms Revolution will be released.
