European Release of Persona 4: Arena Delayed Until 2013

on November 5, 2012 7:30 PM

Sad news for European fans of either fighting games in general or of Atlus’ perennially popular Persona series. European publisher Zen United has confirmed via the Persona Europe Facebook page that a 2012 release for the game in European territories is “no longer possible”. Worse yet is that the post does not specify a release window for the game – it simply rules out 2012. Those who’ve played Persona 4: Arena can attest that this really is sad news, because the game is absolutely sublime.

Maybe the game will launch in Europe at a discounted price or something to compensate for this ridiculous delay.
