In Adventures of Pip we are introduced to Pip, a single pixel whose kingdom is under attack by an evil queen who has a passion for stealing all of the kingdom’s pixels, resulting in the residents becoming as minuscule as a single dot.
As Pip partakes in a journey to destroy monsters and explore fantasy environments, a special thing happens during the level up stages when he vanquishes foes, he acquires more pixels.
Your goal is to turn Pip into the highest resolution possible so that he can evolve his abilities and gain maneuvers like dashing, double jumping, wielding new weapons, and powerful combo attacks; in order to conquer the queen and save the kingdom before it disappears forever.
Headed by ex-WayForward staffer Shereef Morse, the art director of A Boy and His Blob and BloodRayne: Betrayal, Marc Gomez, developer TicTocGames has started a Kickstarter campaign to bring this Pip to Xbox One, Wii U and PC.
Needing to raise $90,000 ($20,351 pledged so far), early adopters can reserve the game upon its estimated November release for $10, although the price will increase to $15 once that tier is filled up. However, $60 can get you a digital soundtrack, digital art book, and eventually early beta access.
