During last month’s E3 2015, one of the more surprising announcements to come from publisher Bethesda Softworks’ first ever E3 press conference was the announcement and subsequent release of Fallout Shelter, a mobile title allowing players to create their own miniature Fallout Vaults, and now the title will be coming to Android devices in the near future.
Following a fan’s inquiry on Twitter, Bethesda Softworks’ Pete Hines revealed that Fallout Shelter is currently aiming for a release window of August, following the iOS version releasing during Bethesda’s press conference at E3 2015 last month. The company will have more information on a more exact release date in the near future, but luckily it seems that the wait won’t be too long before you too can establish a community of Vault Dwellers to call your own.
Fallout Shelter is currently available on iOS, with the Android version targeting release in August 2015.
