Fate/EXTRA Gets Limited Edition Goodies and Release Date

on September 13, 2011 10:00 AM

If you are like me, and never expected a game like Fate/EXTRA to be localized for Western consumption, you were pleasantly surprised when Aksys Games announced they were taking on those duties for the sake of their fans. Today, they announced the limited edition for the Imageepoch and TYPE-MOON developed title, which will thankfully include the items released in the same box set in Japan.

There will be a 15-page art book, an 11-song soundtrack disc as well as, of course, the game itself. This limited edition will retail for $39.99, which is a pretty good value in itself. If you aren’t inclined to acquire the extra goodies, you can pick up the regular retail edition for $29.99, or just straight up download the game from the PlayStation Store for $24.99. All versions of the game are set to release on November 1, 2011 in North America.
