Originally released in 2000 for the PSone, Final Fantasy IX has become one of the series' most beloved entries, and following its earlier release on mobile this year the title is now available for all to enjoy on PC.

Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy IX has been released for PC through Steam, with the new version of the game including Achievements, HD remastered visuals, new autosaving features, and a variety of game boosters such as No Encounters Mode and the ability to change the game speed, all from the mobile versions of the game released earlier this year.

Final Fantasy IX is available now on PC for $20.99 through Steam, though the title is currently available at a 20% discount for a limited time ($16.79).
