Final Fantasy X for Vita Listed on Amazon with $39.99 Price Point

While this is far from solid, games and prices that show up on sites like Amazon, GameStop and GameFly tend to have a way of being correct, even if release dates vary wildly from what actually is the case when there is an official announcement.

We knew Final Fantasy X was being reworked in HD for both a PS3 and PS Vita release, but this is the first mention of it for U.S. territories, in an Amazon listing discovered earlier today. While it isn’t surprising that this is going to come West, what is almost of more interest is the price point. Amazon believes that PS Vita games – at least this one – will be priced at $39.99. Considering they have a pre-order guarantee and all, they usually make sure their info is correct when they put it up. So, unless this is some kind of mistake, it’s a pretty good general idea of how Vita games will be priced in the U.S. Take that for what you will, yeah?
