Final Fantasy XI: Seekers of Adoulin Gets a New Trailer

Many often forget the relevance of Final Fantasy XI, but with almost eleven years in the running, not only it’s one of the few MMORPGs that continue rolling on after such a long time with a very strong playerbase, but it’s also the most profitable Final Fantasy game of all times.

Which makes hearing a few misguided individuals say that pay to play MMORPGs are dead all the more funny.

But I’m digressing. On the 27th the game is going to receive its fifth expansion Seekers of Adoulin, and today Square Enix released a new trailer for us to enjoy, starring mostly battle scenes and the new classes coming with the pack: the Geomancer and the Rune Fencer.

Will Square Enix manage to replicate the success of XI with Final Fantasy XIV: a Realm Reborn? That’s a question for the posterity, but for now you can check out the trailer below.
