This morning Square Enix has shared a handful of screenshots and a trailer detailing forthcoming DLC for recently released Final Fantasy XIII-2. The rounds begin later this week on December 22 with the Omega Colosseum boss battle – content that in North America is exclusive DLC for pre-ordering the game with Amazon. Omega will run you ¥300 for PlayStation 3 or 240 for Xbox360, unless you grab it while its free between the 22nd and January 10.

The first costumes for Noel and Serah have been announced as well, slated for release on January 10 and looking super spiffy. These costumes cost ¥300 or 240 each.

Perhaps the most interesting piece of DLC news centers around the missing older Farron sister: Lightning in her Final Fantasy XIII costume will be a downloadable boss battle for the Colosseum. Her releases date and pricing are still unknown.

Impatient? Take a peek at the latest DLC trailer featuring costumes, Omega, and a peak at Lightning below, along with several screenshots of the currently announced DLC.
