Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Conquers Korea: 250,000 Gamers Play Every Day

The early access of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has begun on August 14th in South Korea, and apparently things are going very well for Square Enix’s successful MMORPG.

According to local publisher Eyedentity Mobile, roughly 250,000 players log in every day, and the average play time per player is of a whopping 313 minutes, over five hours.

Those are definitely great numbers in a country normally dominated by local MMOs, but considering the quality of the game, it’s not too surprising.
