Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Gets New Database Portal, Halloween Event

With server transfers coming in just two days, the development team of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn isn’t standing idle, and new features and events are being implemented.

Square Enix just opened a new database portal (that can be accessed here) that includes all the information you may need on quests, items, achievements and NPCs, basically mimicking on your browser what’s available on the iOS app Libra Eorzea. It’s also very well made and enjoyable to browse, so that’s a plus.

In addition to that, next week will see the beginning of the classic Final Fantasy XIV seasonal event¬†All Saints’ Wake,¬†which is basically the local version of Halloween. Below you can see a few pictures of the decorations.

I’m sure I’m not the only one glad to see all the pre-meteor festivities come back one by one. I’ll admit that I can’t wait for the Starlight Celebration this Christmas. I already know that if they’ll use the old and lovely music from the original game at least a tear will be shed.
