Today Square Enix released new details about the  upcoming crossover event that will happen on Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, and that will star Lightning from the Final Fantasy XIII series, to celebrate the release of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.

The event includes a questline of four quests, that will be unlocked in sequence following the calendar below.

By completing the first quest player will unlock Lightning's hairstyle to be used with the aesthetician that will be implemented with patch 2.1, and the whole event will reward a set of weapons and armor that you can see in the gallery at the bottom of this post.

The event will conclude on December the 9th, and after that date the quests won't be available and the rewards won't be obtainable anymore.
