Final Fantasy XV: Community Votes Overwhelmingly in Favor of Inclusion of Moogles; 30,572 Vote Yes

on November 6, 2015 7:59 AM

Yesterday the Final Fantasy XV Twitter accounts launched a poll to determine whether the community would like to have moogles included in the game.

Today we get the results, that combining the Japanese and English language polls, are overwhelming in favor of the “yes” option.

The Japanese poll had 15,988 votes, with 87% expressing their preference in favor of the fluffy and mischievous mascots. The English poll had 21,363 votes, with 78% “yes.”

This brings the total to 37,351 votes, with 30,572 positive preferences.

Interestingly, while both demographics would like to have moogles in the game, looks like Japanese fans are more keen on their inclusion that English speaking ones.

It’s worth mentioning that it was clarified that the results of the polls won’t guarantee the inclusion of moogles, but they’re certainly a pretty clear signal of what a large number of fans want.

Incidentally, if you’re wondering, the game “is coming along nicely,” and the team reassured fans that they know what they’re doing.
