Final Fantasy XV debuted with solid numbers considering the installed base and nowadays' prominence of digital sales (which Media Create does not count), and it kind of performed a small miracle, bringing another Xbox One game to the top-20 after a long period of absence. The game also pushed PS4 sales to one of the console's best weeks ever, while Ps4 Pro sales keep being sluggish, actually slightly dropping week-on-week.
Pokémon Sun and Moon continues with strong sales, surpassing two million copies sold, while Super Mario Maker for 3DS and Watch_Dogs 2 for PS4 show decent debuts.
Final Fantasy XV shipped Five million units worldwide in its first day, and quite obviously a nice chunk of those went to Japan. It'll be interesting to see how it'll perform in North America when the NPD charts will be released later this month.
