At last, North American Final Fantasy fans on PS4 can join the Holiday cheer brought by the Chocomob festival, with the release o the first free DLC on the North American PlayStation Store.

On top of the free version available to everyone, a "Plus" version exclusive to those who purchased the Season Pass is also available now.

You can download the Holiday Pack (Free Version) here and the Holiday Pack + version here, keeping in mind that the latter won't be sold separately. If you want it, the Season Pass is the only way.

If you missed our previous post, below you can read a list of the items included in each package, starting with the much awaited level limiter that lets stop any experience gain and challenge yourself if you so wish.

Holiday Pack (Free Version)

  • Warrior’s Fanfare: A scroll of sheet music containing a song of jubilation that provides additional AP for earning an A+ in Offense outside of training.
  • Nixperience Band: A device that stops experience points from being tallied, preventing the party from levelling up for an added challenge.

  • Festive Ensemble (available late January 2017): A fancy and fun outfit perfectly suited for enjoying the festivities. The darling design puts all who see it in high spirits
  • Holiday Pack + Exclusive Photo Frames (available late January 2017): Additional themes the player can add to Prompto’s photos when sharing over social media.

Keep in mind that both DLC are distinct, so if you have the season pass you should still download both, because the free version won’t be downloaded automatically.

With no one left out anymore, it's finally time to let the celebrations begin.  We're spending a Christmas with Final Fantasy XV actually running on our console, and it's even good! It still feels a bit surreal.
