Yes, I'm not joking. According to the press release from the Japanese branch of American Express, the campaign will work both ways, with those who will get a new American Express Gold Card or Business Gold Card in Japan before August 31st receiving the game as a bonus.

On top of that, the first hundred will also receive a Play Arts Kai figure of Noctis, while those who will spend over 150,000 yen within three months will be rewarded with a 10,000 yen gift card with one of five Final Fantasy XV designs, which you can see below.
