During an Active Time Report Event at Tokyo Game Show, Final Fantasy XV Director Hajime Tabata talked a bit about the PlayStation 4 Pro and Final Fantasy XV.

Tabata san mentioned that he’s Aware of the power of PS4 pro, but it takes time to tune the game for the new console. Yet, since it will be released before the game, Final Fantasy XV will support it at launch on November 29th. No details were given on what kind of improvements will be implemented, but a video is available at Sony’s booth.

That said the team is optimizing the game for the standard PS4, so those who won’t jump on the Pro can look forward to play it on the console they already have. For instance, distant vegetation has been improved.
