Awhile back it was confirmed that the incredible fan-made short film, "Mortal Kombat: Rebirth" was being shown as a proof of concept for a movie and actually picked up by Warner Bros, albeit as a 10 episode web series rather than a movie. A new clip has made it's way online featuring a showdown between Jax and Kano, as well as screenshots showing off two characters: Scorpion and Sub Zero.
