If you're curious on the visual damage in Forza Motorsport 6, look no further, as today I had a chance to test it at Gamescom.

Of course, there's no better way to test damage than to run the car against every wall and every other vehicle in sight, so get ready for a rather painful video below.

A Turn 10 representative at the booth mentioned that the visual damage is being tuned slightly for release, but this is "pretty close" to what we'll have. Also, different cars get damaged to different degrees depending on manufacturer decisions. For instance there's no way to detach the bumpers on the Ford GT, but in other cars you can.

The screen captures are from a second test run, this time made with functional damage as well. At the end the car was visibly wobbling, and limping at minimal speed.

Without further ado, bring forth the victim!
