Capcom is celebrating their one million sales of Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate by releasing a free 3DS theme that you can download now at the Nintendo eShop. The free download will be available until July 4th.

It was available for North America on Friday and it is now out in Europe today. You can check out a video of how the theme looks below.
