Free Shattered Horizon DLC

Futuremark Game Studios has proudly announced that the first downloadable content pack “Moonrise,” for First-person shooter Shattered Horizon, will be free. For those who don’t know, Shattered Horizon was released earlier this month and was released for Windows. Yeah we know, it’s easy to miss a game like this when Left 4 Dead 2 and Modern Warfare 2 releases in the same month. Futuremark Game Studios also promises that the pack will double the number of levels for the game. The release date is unknown, as it will depend on the feedback of players. People who pre-ordered the game will begin play-testing the game this week.

“Selected players will help us test the new Moonrise levels from a very early stage,” said Antti Summala, lead designer. “Level design for zero gravity combat is a big challenge and we are looking forward to having real players help us create new experiences that cannot be found in other FPS games.”
With free DLC the game itself retails for $19.95, a price that makes the game worth a check out.
