Nintendo has announced that The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages will be making their way over to the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console. The bad news is that only a Japanese release has been confirmed at the moment.

These Game Boy Color games released back in 2001 and both games were linked allowing for another ending to be unlocked. Since both games are linked, gamers in Japan will be able to pick up each game individually for 600 yen or get both for 1,000 yen.

While no word on a western release has been mentioned, The Legend of Zelda is a popular franchise and the chances of these games making it over seem very likely.
