Earlier this week the Game Critics Awards revealed its E3 2017 nominations. Today, the critics spoke.

As you may know from reading the nominations articles, the top contenders were Mario + Rabbids Kingdom BattleMiddle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, all grabbing four fancy-dancy nominations. As for the most prestigious awards — Best of the Show — these three titles alongside Assassin’s Creed Origins and Super Mario Odyssey made up the category.

For those that don’t know: nominations for the Game Critics Awards were decided by judges from a variety of gaming media outlets from around the world prior to E3 2017 even began.
