Over on developer Yoyo Games' site, the company is currently offering a sale that provides GameMaker Studio: Standard Edition for free, along with the option to upgrade to the Professional Edition at a discounted price of $35. While the Standard Edition usually sells for $49.99 (Professional for $99.99), currently the Standard Edition can be downloaded for free, with the sale from Yoyo Games currently in effect until March 2nd, 2014.
