GameStop just announced that it partnered with Microsoft for a contest named Xbox Live Gold Mine at GameStop, which will distribute $1,000,000 in Xbox Live currency over four weeks.

Participants are supposed to follow the Twitter hastag #XBLGoldMine and participate in Trivia Tuesdays at 6 PM CT, Treasure Hunt Thursdays at noon CT, and "Super Sundays" at 3 PM CT on Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter, during which codes will be posted and the first to grab them will win.

That's a pretty big prize pot, even if the size and number of individual prizes still hasn't been revealed. We're probably going to   know more on Tuesday, when the first Trivia will kick off.
