Touch screens have been around for a while, so I'm infinitely interested in how various games make use of them. This new trailer that Ubisoft released today for Rayman Legends on the Wii U shows off what you'll be able to accomplish with the controller's touch screen.

You aren't just relegated to one or two things to do with the device, but, instead, this trailer shows off being able to do a myriad of different actions with the touch screen on the controller. Knocking out enemies, removing obstacles  creating means of getting your characters where you need them to go and using the gyro-sensor to rotate on-screen objects. There's so much going on on the Wii U controller that I wonder what is actually happening on the TV screen.

Check out the full trailer below, and, as always, the game has an official site that you can check out if you're so inclined. It drops sometime after the Wii U does - so neither the game or the system has a solid release date beyond "Christmas 2012".
