Every major video game convention has to have Call of Duty involved in one way or another; it is simply doctrine at this point. During Sony’s conference at Gamescom yesterday, the game developer opted to bookend their presentation with the reveal of the first Call of Duty title to grace the PS Vita, Call of Duty: Black Ops – Declassified.

The game will sport both a single-player campaign and four-versus-four multiplayer mode as well. The single-player campaign will seemingly take place at some point between the first game and its console-bound counterpart, Black Ops II, due out this holiday season. The multiplayer will subsequently be based on the single-player weapons and themes, much like any other Call of Duty title.

Call of Duty: Black Ops – Desclassified will be released exclusively for the PS Vita on an unspecified date in November of this year. The trailer is available for viewing below.
