Today NIS America released the first character trailer of the upcoming strategy JRPG God Wars: Future Past featuring English voice acting.

Developed by Kadokawa Games, and directed by the publisher’s own President and CEO Yoshimi Yasuda, God Wars: Future Past is a deep strategy JRPG with an extensive job system and a story based on Japanese folklore and legends, with very recognizable characters for those familiar with the local culture.

The trailer introduces quite a few personages that will appear in the game as units on the field: Ookinunishi, Momotaro, Susanoo, Amaterasu, Yamatanoorochi and Hinotori.

We also get another glimpse on the English voice acting that is... well, just hear it for yourself.

God Wars: Future Past will hit the shelves soon in the west, landing in North America on June 20th and on Europe on June 16th.
