Gran Turismo 6 Gets First 1080p Direct Feed Gameplay Footage; Lapping a Beutiful Suzuka Circuit

on October 21, 2013 5:55 AM

While we saw quite a lot of Gran Turismo 6 already, before today we didn’t see any actual direct feed gameplay. At long last Sony Computer Entertainment released the recording of the stage event held last month at the Tokyo Game Show, which means that we finally get to see how the game looks when it’s actually played without the livestream’s compression.

Gameplay in the video below starts at 12:30, and showcases the lovely Suzuka circuit, lapped with a couple high-powered racing cars. We also get to see Matterhorn on the new Corvette, with an actual Super GT driver at the wheel. It holds it own compared to the next generation pretty well, doesn’t it?
