Grand Theft Auto V fans do not have to worry about not playing the game on PS5. During the PS5 press conference, Rockstar informed us that the game will be coming to the platform as an "expanded and enhanced" version.

Per the PlayStation Blog, the game will feature technical improvements, visual upgrades, and of course performance enhancements. The game will fully take advantage of the power of the PS5.

GTA Online players will also be able to hop in on the newly enhanced version and will feature new content that will be exclusive to the latest generation of hardware. Additionally, a standalone version of GTA Online will be available for free exclusively on the PS5 during the first three months.

Finally, starting today, all PlayStation Plus Members on PS4 will get $1,000,000 in GTA Online each month they play GTA Online until the launch of GTA Online on PS5.

Well, I certainly might not have started the show off with a game that first released in 2017, but the series does have a pull on the industry like no other. Plus, I just couldn't imagine that Rockstar wouldn't want to bring the game over when it is such a huge title.

Fans can look forward to the hopping into GTA V on their shiny new PS5 console sometime next year.
