Today, developers Project Siren  and SCE Japan Studio announced that a demo for their game, Gravity Rush 2, is set to launch on December 22nd — tomorrow — on the PlayStation Store. Additionally, it has been revealed that the Gravity Rush The Animation: Ouverture, an original production by anime studio Studio Khara that bridges the gap in story that takes place between Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2, will be available on YouTube starting on December 26th at 8:00 AM PST

According to a post over on the PlayStation Blog from Nick Accordino, Associate Project Manager at SCEA, there are two paths through the demo, one for those new the series, and another for those who are more familiar with the series and Kat’s powers.

The post concludes by saying more information about Gravity Rush 2 will come as the calendar turns to 2017.

Gravity Rush 2 is slated to release for the PS4 in Europe on January 18th, in Japan on January 19th and in North America on January 20th.
