Following its release on the European PlayStation Store, developers Project Siren and SCE Japan Studio have made the demo for their action-adventure game, Gravity Rush 2, available on the North American PlayStation Store.

As mentioned in our previous post, the demo comes in at 6.2 gigabytes and features two versions: the Experienced Course (which lets you explore straight away and have access all of Kat’s gravity powers) and a Beginners Course (a tutorial-type play through). Depending on which version you choose, you will be lead to different missions and encounter different enemies. And because of this, Project Siren has said it advises players to play the demo at least twice to see everything the demo contains.

Also mentioned in the previous post, but important enough to point out again here: as you play through the demo, you will be pointed towards your next mission objective, however, you’re also given the freedom to explore the city between the triggering of  events.

Gravity Rush 2 is slated to release for the PS4 in Europe on January 18th, in Japan on January 19th and in North America on January 20th. You can download the demo right here.

In case you missed it: SCE Japan Studio also recently announced that Gravity Rush The Animation: Ouverture, an original production by anime studio Studio Khara that bridges the gap in story that takes place between Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2, will be available on YouTube starting on December 26th at 8:00 AM PST.
