Green Man Gaming to Offer Refunds for Batman: Arkham Knight on PC, But Only After Patch Hits

on June 24, 2015 12:35 PM

Following its highly-anticipated release, Batman: Arkham Knight has received excellent scores and high praise from both critics and gamers for closing out the Batman: Arkham series: compared to the console versions of the game though, the PC version has been riddled with poor reviews and critique due to technical issues and a variety of problems.

In response to the performance issues of Batman: Arkham Knight, online game retailer Green Man Gaming posted a new statement on its website that the company will be offering refunds to purchasers unsatisfied with the technical issues present in Arkham Knight.

However, the retailer’s statement does have a catch: refunds for the title will be available after Warner Bros. and Rocksteady Studios provide a patch for the PC version to correct these issues: if players are still unsatisfied with the game or find difficulties in playing it following the patch release, refunds will then be available to those that purchased the game through Green Man Gaming.

Batman: Arkham Knight is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
