GT5 Producer Says They Can Release The Game Anytime They Want

So, basically, Polyphony Digital is purposely holding out on Gran Turismo 5 because they enjoy seeing fans of the franchise go frantic over a release date? Fucking bastards.

Only kiddin’ there, Polyphony Digital. Only kiddin’. We know what you mean by that comment, so no worries.

Polyphony Digital’s Kazunori Yamauchi told Famitsu that they have been tweaking Gran Turismo 5, and it’s coming along, slowly but surely, also stating that they’re working to getting “that classic GT-style,” but that the game could be good to go now, apparently, and that they “could release it any time we want.” Well, of course you can, my Asian friends. You can release it anytime you want. The question is, though, when the hell are you planning to release it.

I don’t mind the wait, personally. I prefer polished games over rushed ones any day. This game better blow me out the water. Otherwise, I’m heading to Japan and polluting the race by impregnating the majority of your women. Don’t want a bunch of Asian-Latino kids with chopsticks and pocket knives now, would ya?
