Guilty Gear Director Daisuke Ishiwatari handles a lot of aspects of the design of his games, including music and character design.

If you want to know more about this eclectic game creator, YouTube user toco toco tv released a lovely video in which Ishiwatari-san himself talks about his daily life, work and inspirations.

We also get a guest appearance of BlazBlue Director Toshimichi Mori, showing the other side of Arc System Works’ fighting game production.

You can enjoy it below.

Incidentally, the same Director of this charming video, Anne Ferrero, just released a great feature-length documentary on Japanese indie and dojin develeopers, that you can find on Steam and Playism. If you want to learn more about a little known aspect of Japanese game development, you can’t go wrong with this.
