Gunshine.net Brings Real-time MMORPG Action to Facebook

on November 10, 2011 1:15 PM

Bored at work? Looking for the usual casual Facebook timewaster? Maybe Gunshine.net isn’t really for you, since it’s the first hardcore-oriented real-time action MMORPG to hit the massively popular timewasting social network. It also launched officially today, so you might want to check it out.

Someone would say it’s still a timewaster, considering that MMORPGs are the biggest time wasting activity ever created (and yet we love them), but for sure it’s not your usual facebook casual-oriented one.

The game combines concepts from the MMORPG genre with social gaming features like the ability to hire friends as mercenaries (let the spam begin!).  Large boss fights are also on the menu, to offer the whole MMORPG course.

You can find the game on facebook, and give a look at the official trailer and a gallery of screenshots past the cut.

Note: Of course DualShockers.com doesn’t endorse wasting time playing games while at work. Of course.
