Idea Factory International announced that Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds will launch on PC-via Steam on August 24.
Originally a PlayStation Vita exclusive, Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds will launch on the PC with all the updated scenarios and story events contained in the Vita version. Furthermore, the company has announced that fans can also purchase a "Deluxe Pack", which will include:
- OST
- Event Scene Collection
- PC Wallpaper
- Mobile Wallpaper
- Character Art Collection
The Deluxe Pack can be purchased bundled with the game or separately for $9.99.
Additionally, the DLC, Winds Treasure Box, will also be available on August 24. This DLC adds six new routes to the game for:
- Hajime Saito
- Heisuke Toudou
- Sanosuke Harada
- Shinpachi Nagakura
- Susumu Yamazaki
- Hachiro Iba
Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds is an adventure visual novel that requires the player to make choices and play through the events of a dangerous war. However, main protagonist, Chizuru Yukimura, is not alone as she meets the Shinsengumi, a group of handsome samurai men, who could help her on her quest to find her missing father.
