Sometimes if you want something bad enough all you have to do is ask. Harmonix, the musical maniacs that brought us Rock band and Dance Central, announced that they are going to Kickstarter to remake the hypnotic rhythm game Amplitude.

This version of Amplitude won’t be a sequel but a remake featuring new tracks and a complete visual overhaul as described by the greatly side-burned Eric Pope from Harmonix.

The Kickstarter goal for Amplitude is $775,000 with 17 days to go.  The money will secure resources  to devote a full-timeinto the remake. According to the video we can thank the dumplord for bringing Amplitude back!
