Today, Natsume announced Harvest Moon: Skytree Village for the Nintendo 3DS.

In the game, the Harvest Goddess’s power is waning, and it has put Skytree Village, the main town of the game, in the middle of a parched and dry landscape. It is the players task to revive the seven Skytrees, and give the Goddess her power back. Of course, there will also be farming. LOTS of farming.  They confirmed that there will be new crops, along with improved fishing mechanics.  The series staple marriage mechanic is also returning.

More about the game will be revealed at E3 this year. No release date for Harvest Moon: Skytree Village was given.
