Nintendo UK's Twitter status revealed the European and UK release date for Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley. It will be coming to 3DS on June 19th for the two regions:

This is the first title in the series not developed by Marvelous AQL (instead Tabot, Inc developed the game); it has been published by Natsume with no plans to be released in Japan.
