Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd Director Tetsuya Okubo and Producer Seiji Hayashi are excited for the PS4, and today they talked about the console and the possibilities it brings in an interview on Famitsu.

Hayashi-san mentioned that nothing has been decided yet, but the possibilities are there:

Although nothing has been decided yet, personally I think it’s hardware that stimulates the imagination; Really, I feel the possibilities.

Okubo-san added his take, mentioning that the existance of the PS4 cannot be ignored:

Of course, the PS4 is something we cannot ignore. Its performance is also high. Until now [the game] was jam-packed with features, but if we do it on PS4 we’ll be able to put in even more.

Considering the history of the Hatsune Miku: Project Diva series, it’s hard not to think that a game on PS4 is just a matter of time, but we’ll have to wait and see what Hayashi-san and Otsubo-san will see fit to bring to the platform in the future.
