Have Time? Spend 26 Minutes Learning about Introversion's Subversion

Title a bit confusing?  Let me clarify.  Developer Introversion, the brilliant folks behind Darwinia, Multiwinia, Uplink, and Defcon, have a new game coming out called Subversion.  No one really knew what it was going to be like beyond the name, but they finally showed off their product at UK indie convention World of Love a few months ago.  Here’s the 26 minute presentation to back it up.

I urge you to watch it; Subversion looks like a pretty awesome espionage game with a signature Introversion look, where you control a squad and start off doing small scale things like rob banks, but your tasks get gradually larger and larger in scale.  The presenter constantly mentions the game being like Mission: Impossible in the later levels, and if that really is true, I really can’t wait for this game.

Allen is an utter whore of a gamer; he's completely open-minded to all games, be they AAA blockbusters or $5 casual children's games. His focus is on indie games specifically, valuing gameplay and ingenuity over sparkly visuals and ridiculous gimmicks. When he's not geeking out over the newest art game, he's out toning his sexy, sculpted shoulders while surfing epic 1.5ft waves, or having a good time with local, high-gravity microbrews.
