Coming alongside other popular streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu, HBO fans can finally stream favorites like Game of Thrones, True Detective, and Boardwalk Empire to Xbox One with the release of the HBO Go streaming app on the console.

Previously available on Xbox 360, HBO Go is now available to download on Xbox One for those with an active HBO subscription through their cable provider, though standalone HBO Go subscriptions will be available in 2015. In addition to the release of HBO Go on Xbox One, the app is also Kinect-enabled for user-controlled options through the Xbox One's Kinect camera or with voice commands.
