Heavenly Sword Film’s First Trailer Released

2006’s Heavenly Sword, written by Rhianna Pratchett, was one of the first games released for the PlayStation 3. The game sold well over a million copies, and enjoyed a fair amount of critical success, yet there has been no word on a sequel. However, there will be a movie, and we have its first trailer.

Anna Korv will be reprising her role as Nariko. She will be joined by Alfred Molina as King Bohan, and Thomas Jane as Loki. The film is being produced by TriCoast Worldwide and Sony Worldwide Studios, and will be released digitally and in select theaters worldwide in the Spring of 2014.
