Intense action-horror game Hello Neighbor has received another new trailer, this one showing off a new house to break into and investigate.

The trailer is to accompany the game's launch into Alpha 1. In Alpha 1 you get introduced to a large 2-story house that features its own graveyard, school, and a pet shark. The build has a ton of new mechanics, including a gun, a phone, and more.

Alpha 1 is available to everyone willing to support the project early on via purchasing ($30 USD) the Early Alpha Access, which gives you exclusive builds and eventually a copy of the full game on Steam.  Further, it provides a behind-the-scenes look at Hello Neighbor and how it will morph into the final game. The first available build is already 3 times bigger than the free Pre-Alpha demo.

As with any early access, expect oodles of glitches.

Hello Neighbor is expected to release sometime in Summer 2017 for PC. Check out the new trailer below:
