Here’s How You Get into the Next Dark Souls II Beta Test

As promised, a juicy update about the next Dark Souls II PS3 beta test has been added to the game’s Facebook page.

Beta codes will be sent to certain players via PSN (anyone who attended a previous beta test will be able to access it) on Thursday, October 24th at 11:00AM PDT. For those of us not as elite, a single universal beta code will be posted on the game’s Facebook page, presumably also on Thursday.

The code will be valid until 30,000 players have accessed the beta, after which point trying to use the universal code will only yield an error. The servers won’t be online until Saturday, October 27th at 11:00PM PDT. They’ll remain online until Sunday, October 27th at 2:00 AM PDT.

If you plan on getting into the test, you’d better stay alert and keep your eyes on the game’s Facebook page. 30,000 openings will fill quite quickly.
